Terrain Monitor — Second Life

Credentials delivered via IM in Second Life

Subscribe in Second Life

Find the Subscription Panel at the in-world store in Second Life.

  1. Touch the panel with your avatar.
  2. Choose your plan (1 to 4 weeks).
  3. Pay the amount in L$ directly to the panel.
  4. You will receive your username, password and monitor TOKEN via Instant Message.

If you already have an active subscription, the panel will show the renewal option.

Set up the Monitor object on your land

Rez the SL Terrain Monitor object on your parcel.

  1. Touch it as owner.
  2. Select Token.
  3. Paste the TOKEN you received via IM and send.
  4. The object will confirm activation and start sending data.

The monitor sends updates every ~45 seconds. Data will appear in your dashboard within a few minutes.

Access the dashboard

Use the credentials from the IM to sign in with the form above.

  • Username: always starts with sl_
  • Password: the one you received in the IM.

If you lost your credentials, touch the Subscription Panel again at the store to request support.
